> Independent registry and trust layer for the DogeOS and Dogecoin ecosystem. For each project: sector, audience position (degen to enterprise), lifecycle, the operator behind it (legal entity and jurisdiction, or DAO) with an accountability level A0–A4, contract-control level C0–C4, and factual flags with evidence. Operated by Swisscoast AG, Switzerland. Not affiliated with DogeOS.
